Another whirlwind week wrapped — matches flying, and challenges appearing out of thin air, Our U15 Boys and U16 Girls kicked off their championships , while the U13s squeezed in two challenge games for good measure, and the U12 Girls kept the pitches hopping with their own busy schedule.
Another week done, and the parish still standing. Just about! 🏐🔥

“Plenty of excitement building… and no doubt a bit of organised ‘we definitely had more footballs than this’ mayhem! 🏐😄”
🚶♂️Our Walkway Is Open! 🚶♀️ It’s fantastic to see so many people out enjoying our club walkway every evening! Just a reminder that the pitch lights are on until 9.30pm, Monday to Friday, so there’s plenty of time to get your steps in safely. ✨
Player Updates Well done to William, Andrew, Alex & Aaron who togged out for the Clare U16s at the weekend! These lads are serious talent in the making — future Clare stars in the years ahead, no doubt about it. 💛💙🔥
That’s a Wrap for the Week! 📣 Another busy one in the books — matches, challenge training, and even a shower of hailstones for good measure!
With Easter around the corner, we’re hopping our way through the chaos… and this week we even gave up home advantage like it was a Lent sacrifice! 🐣🤣
📢 A gentle reminder… Please reply on ClubZap to all team communications. At this stage, the coaches are checking ClubZap more often than they check if the footballs are actually pumped — just trying to figure out if training will have a full squad or look like a yoga class with three confused children. 😂📱
If we missed anything, you know where to find us — still trying to figure out how to turn off the fire alarm while the whole county is queueing up to use our pitch for practice, because the groundsmen have it looking like Croke Park in April. 😂🔥✨🏐
👨🏫 Coach Quote of the Week “Right… who tripped the switch in the kitchen? Is it not enough that the boiler and the coffee machine are going — ye still had to boil the kettle as well? Now we’re not getting enough tea into ye, and somehow it’s still ‘the coach’s fault’. 😂🔌☕🏐”
