🏐 Weekly Round-Up 🏐

We wrap up another week in Kildysart GAA/LGFA. It may have been a little quieter than usual on the playing fields, but don't worry, things are about to ramp up again!

This week brings plenty of action with: 🏐 Round 3 of the Adult Men's Championship ⚫🔵 Round 5 of the Minor Boys Championship 🏆 A Cup Final for our Minor Girls 💪 Our U14 Boys in Super 10s action on Wednesday before turning their attention to the 1st round of Championship at the weekend

And to top it all off, we're mixing football, fixtures, training gear, schoolbags, lunchboxes and homework as everyone settles back into school life! 📚🎒😂
 
Huge congratulations to all our Leaving Certificate students who received their results last week. We are incredibly proud of your hard work and dedication and wish you every success in whatever path lies ahead. 🎓👏

We would also like to congratulate Kildysart Celtic on successfully getting their adult team back up and running. A lot of hard work goes on behind the scenes to make that happen, and we wish them every success for the season ahead. ⚽👏

🏐 Junior A Ladies Championship - Round 3 🏐
Hard luck to our Junior A Ladies who faced Wolfe Tones in their Round 3 Championship fixture.

Despite a determined effort, the result didn't go their way, with Wolfe Tones coming out on top on a scoreline of 5-12 to 3-10.  The girls will now regroup and turn their attention to Round 4 on September 6th, where they will be hoping to bounce back and finish their championship campaign strongly.

A big well done to Leah, Eve, Cara, Amélie and Abi, who travelled to Waterford with the Clare U13 PDP squad recently.

This was a fantastic experience for the girls, giving them the opportunity to develop their skills, represent their county and make memories along the way. We hope this is just the beginning and that we'll be seeing them wearing the Clare jersey again in the years ahead.
