Another week done and dusted... and just to keep parents on their toes, they threw in Cross Country and Schools Football into the mix as well! 😅 The weather may be turning, the evenings are getting darker, and there's a definite bite in the air, but don't worry... the lights on the walkway will be switched on next week, so you can keep getting those steps in while discussing team selections, refereeing decisions and where Johnny left his boots! 💡🚶♀️🚶♂️
Our Development Draw sellers have their tickets in hand and are ready to hit the roads. If you see them coming up the driveway, don't panic... they're only looking for support, not checking if the grass was cut! 😂🎟️ Tickets can also be purchased online here: Buy Your Development Draw Ticket
As for this weekend, all roads lead to Coolmeen tomorrow morning and Ennis on Sunday as two of our teams face hugely important championship battles.
💙 To our players, management and supporters: enjoy the occasion, give it everything you've got and leave nothing behind. The village is right behind you.

💙⭐ Future Looking Bright Our U8 and U6 girls enjoyed a fantastic morning of football in Coolmeen last week, showcasing great skill, determination and plenty of smiles along the way. The enthusiasm, teamwork and talent on display were a credit to all the girls, their coaches and their families. 🌟 If this is what the future looks like, then Kildysart football is in very safe hands. The future is bright! 💙🤍 #FutureStars #GirlsFootball #BrightFuture
🏐 Future Stars in Action 🏐 Our U10 boys played some fantastic football at their recent blitz, showing great skill, teamwork and determination throughout the day. It was brilliant to see the progress the lads have made, with plenty of excellent scores, strong tackles and great teamwork on display. Most importantly, they played with smiles on their faces and represented Kildysart/Coolmeen with pride. 🌟 The future is looking very bright for this talented group of young players. 💙🏐 Hard Luck U14 Girls 🏐💙
Hard luck to our U14 girls who lost out to Crusheen after extra time in the U14C Championship Semi-Final. Having competed in the B Division of the league, the girls gained valuable experience throughout the year, and that showed on championship day. It was an intense and entertaining contest that went all the way to extra time before Crusheen edged ahead. The girls can be incredibly proud of their efforts, commitment and progress throughout the season. They now take a well-deserved break to focus on schools football, but knowing this group, it won't be long before they're back on the training pitch preparing for an even bigger and brighter 2027.💙 Well done girls. You left everything on the pitch, and the club is immensely proud of each and every one of you. ProudClub #FutureIsBright 💙🤍
🏐 U17A Championship Semi-Final 🏐
Championship football returns to Coolmeen this Saturday morning as our U17s Kildysart/Coolmeen take on Cratloe in the U17A Championship Semi-Final. 📅 Saturday, 3rd October ⏰ 11:00am 📍 Coolmeen After an outstanding group stage campaign that saw the lads top the table and secure home advantage, they now stand just one step away from a County Final. This team has shown tremendous commitment, hard work and determination throughout the year, and they deserve a huge support behind them on Saturday morning. 📢 Let's pack out Coolmeen, bring the colour, bring the noise, and get behind the boys as they aim to book their place in the County Final. "Opportunities like this don't come around every day. Trust the work you've done, trust the teammate beside you, and leave everything on the field. No matter the outcome, this club is proud of you. But for now, give it one mighty push and chase that County Final place." #ChampionshipTime #U17A #FillTheSideline

And let's be honest... we're still not over those two-pointers! 😍💙 The memories are still fresh, and if we're lucky, we might see a few more sailing over the black spot on Sunday afternoon. If they do, don't be surprised if the Kildysart supporters are still talking about them long after the final whistle! 😉 "These are the days players dream about. Trust the work, trust each other and leave everything on the field. Play with heart, play with pride and represent your club, your families and your village. Kildysart stands behind you every step of the way."
