02/07/2023: There was great progress made yesterday (Saturday 1st July) on the fencing. A group of local volunteers erected approximately 70-80 steel uprights for the fencing of the pitch perimeter. There will be square mesh fencing between the posts, with a steel bar on top. The concrete base for the dugout was also poured on Saturday. A specialist company installed the green 1.2m spectator rail on the hill as well during the week. The fencing work will continue over the next few weeks and the new goal posts will also be installed soon.
